Website redesign

Rebuild the site. Keep the rankings.

Rebuild an old, slow contractor site without dumping the rankings you already earned. Projects from $6,000.

Why a redesign is different

A redesign is trickier than a fresh build because you've got something to lose — the pages Google already trusts and the traffic they pull. We map every URL and set the redirects before anything moves, so launch day doesn't wipe your search history. Then we rebuild in clean code: faster, easier to update, and pointed at the jobs you actually want. You keep your domain. You keep your rankings. You lose the plugin sprawl.

What's included

  • Audit of your current pages, speed, and rankings
  • URL map with 301 redirects for anything that moves
  • Rebuilt design and code on a modern, static stack
  • Content migrated and tightened, not dumped
  • Speed and mobile fixes with before-and-after numbers
  • Post-launch check that the rankings held
  • Analytics carried over so you keep your history

A cutover that held

The redesign risk is losing the rankings the old site earned. Here is a WordPress-to-Next.js move where every legacy URL was mapped and none were dropped — labeled by how each number was verified.

The caveat, stated: Stated every time we use this number: it's one month of data, and lead flow is lumpy month to month. One thing in the other direction — the domain carried prior search history, but the owner reports the previous site's forms weren't producing leads at all, so every form lead here came through the site we built.
